Should you wish to use this service, we need to know some very critical details so we get it right first time. If you're still deciding on which vehicle you're going to buy, we ask you to do a little more research into what you want. If you come to us asking for a 4x4, we're not going to be able to help you very efficently. However, if you come to us and ask for a Porsche Cayenne Turbo, we at least know what you're looking for.

In the first instance we will email you personally to acknowledge your email (You'll never receive an automated email from us). We will then search for a car within the requirements you gave us. If any of the details are missing, we will ask you in our first email as it's very important we know exactly what you want.
We shall then make you an offer based on your requirements. You will be sent as many photos of the car that we can, the price the dealer is offering the car for and the full specification. If you like the vehicle we offer you, we need to know as soon as possible so that we can secure it with a deposit. Most dealers will accept credit cards for the payment of a deposit. We'll provide all the information you need to do this.
Once you have signed the contracts which will be sent or emailed to you, the balance payment will be required. We do not arrange finance for US purchases and unless you have the cleared funds in your account from a pre-arranged loan, we ask you politely not to commit to a car you don't yet have cleared funds for.
